Services

In my quest to be able to work on anyone who walks through my door, I have found three different modalities of bodywork that work together quite beautifully.  Most people will get a combination of all three, while some people come in for a specific type of work.

Types of Bodywork:

Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic Massage is what I call my general form of bodywork.  This includes relaxation, deep tissue, stretching, myofascial release, and any other techniques that may be helpful in getting your mind and body to a state of ease and comfort.  There are types of massage appropriate for just about everyone, from athletes in training to pregnant women to over-worked desk jockeys.

CranioSacral Therapy

CST is a bodywork that reduces stress to the Central Nervous System, which then ripples out to relax the rest of the body.  This is a great option for people with chronic or long term pain, who have a hard time relaxing enough to fall asleep, or who typically do not enjoy receiving massage but need some sort of bodywork for injuries and stress.

Reiki

Reiki is a form of energy work that replenishes your reserves of life essence or qi.  Reiki is wonderful for people who are sensitive to the emotions of people around them, chronically or terminally ill, or simply exhausted with no energy left to give.

Other Options for Bodywork:

Massage Package
$200 for 4 Hours

If you are serious about maintaining the one home that you will always have (your physical body), then I highly recommend getting regular bodywork.  If you know that you would like regular massage, this is the way to go.  Use them for yourself or share them with people you care about.  Packages expire 6 months from date of purchase.

On-Site Chair Massage
Priced Per Event.  Around $1 for 1-Minute

There are several options for scheduling and payment for Chair Massage.  The most popular scenario involves employees signing-up either in a central location or with the receptionist, and they then pay $1 per minute for themselves. Conversely, sometimes a manager or event planner may want to pay a discounted rate for everyone to receive the same amount of time during an appreciation day or gathering.
